These terms of service apply to the use of the Greymatter Jobs Platform, provided by GreyMatter GmbH.
2. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use certain features. You are obliged to provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activities under your account
- Immediately reporting any misuse
3. Permitted Use
The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Violation of third-party rights
- Distribution of illegal content
- Disruption of platform operations
- Circumvention of security measures
4. Content and Liability
Users are responsible for their own content (job postings, profiles, applications). We reserve the right to remove illegal or offensive content.
5. Disclaimer
Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations and in cases of intent and gross negligence.
6. Termination
Both parties may terminate the user relationship at any time without giving reasons. In case of violations of these terms, we may immediately suspend accounts.
7. Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
